Our Story

GGC has been funded in 2019 by Gaia Gorla, an Italian lawyer, enrolled to the Milan Bar association in 2005 with significant and long term experience in high level deals both in Italy and the Middle East; after many years working in a top leading international firm she has decided to start her own consultancy business to provide her clientele with high quality efficient advise at an affordable cost.

Gaia Gorla

Gaia Gorla is a lawyer, enrolled in 2005 in the Milan Bar Association and founder of GGC;
She has worked for almost twenty years in a leading international law firm both in Italy and the Middle East. She is specialized in employment, industrial relations, restructuring and business re-organization, outsourcing, remuneration plans for the top management, employment litigation.

Gaia has extensive experience working for the luxury sector, where she has acquired technical know how and developed significant relations with the key players; she has and is currently advising creative directors and top managers of the fashion arena in many labour related matters and business strategy.

During her permanence in the Middle East, Gaia has advised local and international clients in local labour related matters, civil and corporate law, business set up procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations

Gaia is also an expert business coach and provides her assistance both to corporate and individual clients; her goal is to bring value within an existing organization and empower her clients to achieve their individual goals.

During the last 4 years, GGC has developed a coaching program that proved to be extremely successful to identify and achieve challenging business goals. GGC combines technical advise with business strategy leading the client on a personalized and tailored path improving and enhancing those fundamental individual skills that will lead the client to the successful achievement of his/ her goals.
